Hello children, how are you?
Here’s an easy and delicious recipe: vanilla cupcakes.
I hope you enjoy cooking with mum, dad or a brother or sister.
But before you start remember to wash your hands properly and make sure you have all the ingredients.
Have fun!
Ingredients for Cupcake Mixture
- 120g butter, softened
- 120g caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tea spoon vanilla extract
- 120g serlf-raising flour
- 140g butter, softened
- 275g caster sugar
- 1-2 table spoons of milk
- A few drops of food colouring (optional)
Method
Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4 and line a 12-hole muffin tin with paper casess
Cream the butter and sugar together in a bowl until pale. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and mix into the butter mixture along with the vanilla extract.
Fold in the flour, adding a little milk until the mixture is of a dropping consistency. Spoon the mixture into the paper cases until they are three quarters full.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden-brown on top and a skewer inserted into one of the cakes comes out clean. Set aside to cool for 5-10 minutes. Then place on a wire rack
For the buttercream icing, beat the butter until soft. Add half the icing sugar and beat until smooth.
Add the remaining icing sugar with 1 tbsp milk, adding more milk if necessary, until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add food colouring (optional) and mix well.
Spoon the buttercream into a piping bag and add a nozzle of your choice. Pipe in a swirl motion and then enjoy!

120g de manteca ablandada
120g de azúcar impalpable (molida)
1 huevo
1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
120g de harina leudante (si solo tenes harina común, agregale una cucharadita de polvo para hornear).
Ingredientes para la Cobertura
140g manteca ablandada
275g de azúcar impalpable
2 cucharadas soperas de leche
Si tuvieras colorante, podés agregar unas gotitas (esto es opcional).

Ingredients for mom`s cookies:

Break the eggs on a recipe
A sprinkle of vanilla essence
Flour
Method:
1) Break the eggs on a bowl.
2) Mix them.
3) Add the sugar, the oil and the vanilla essence.
4) Sprinkle the flour slowly to unite.
5) Knead the dough.
6) Make the figures that you like (for example animals).
7) Place them on a spreaded tray with butter.
8) Bake for 10 minutes, turn over and bake again for another 10 minutes.
9) Enjoy.

- 3 big packs of chocolinas.
- 500 grams of sweet milk.
- 500 grams of Cream Cheese
- A Couple of coffee
Instructions:
Step 1: Mix the cream cheese with the sweet milk.
Step 2: Put in a rectangular recipient a layer of chocolinas.
Step 3: Wet the chocolinas with a coffee.
Step 4: Spread chocolinas with de mix of sweet milk and cream cheesse.
Step 5: Repeat step 2 to 4.
Step 6: Put de cake in the fridge.

FRIED CAKE

500GR of flour 000
200CC of warm water
2 spoons of pork fat
5gr of salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
make a volcano with the flour.
Place the salt and water in the flour.
knead for 5 minutes and let rest 10 minutes.
Separate into 10 equal buns and stretch them.
Fry in oil.
DRAIN IT AND EAT IT!!!

225 gr wholewheat flour: harina de trigo

5 ml ground cinnamon: canela molida
10 ml baking power: levadura
225 gr cooking apples, pealed and chopped: manzanas peladas y troceadas
125 gr butter: mantequilla
225 gr brown sugar: azúcar moreno
2 eggs, beaten: 2 huevos batidos
a little milk(optional) : un poco de leche
15 ml honey: miel
